ROPES COURSE SKILLS

  • Put on a Swiss Seat correctly without help.

  • Teach someone else to put a Swiss Seat on correctly.

  • Teach an entire group on Swiss Seat.

  • Present yourself ready to climb with helmet, harness & rope.

  • Check carabiner, helmet, knots and seat.

  • Lobster claw on your own.

  • Learn Commands (On Belay, Spotters Ready & Climbing).
