ABOUT THE FALLS ADVENTURE
The FALLS Adventure is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that facilitates positive behavioral change for all participants, young and old. Leadership and comprehensive life skills are integrated into each participant's behavioral choices through experiential-adventure based activities, workshops and programs where intense, consistent exposure to core principles is achieved. We work with corporations, school systems, families, and individuals with our leadership and life skills. We additionally provide adventure healing for groups like veterans, first responders, and those underserved in our communities.

Mission
The FALLS Adventure, Inc. is a nonprofit and results oriented corporation that believes in instilling an effective and functional family framework utilizing a Positive Change Learning Process (PCLP) that results in a healthier society and supports positive change in our communities and in our local, state, and federal governments. We are building a legacy of raising functional & effective families for our country through our Family and Leadership Life Skills!

Our History
The FALLS Adventure has been serving the Polk County community since 1995. The FALLS Adventure was founded to perform leadership and team building training for families and businesses to teach and promote positive change in our communities and create a healthier society. We continue to grow across the state of Florida as our goal is to serve as many communities as we can. Now also serving Pasco and Hillsborough Counties.
Supporting Schools
In 2011 The FALLS Adventure presented its High Performance and Positive Change Initiative after school program, joined Trendsetters, another after school program, in working with Blake Academy students. After students read with mentors they were provided with character development and team building with experiential learning through climbing facilitated by our FITs (Facilitators in Training) and Leadership Facilitators. We also conducted IB Leadership Training sessions and participated in Family Day at Blake Academy .
Supporting Sports
In 2013 The FALLS Adventure, Inc. was proud to sponsor Lakeland Lacrosse. Additionally we have supported their Jamboree Day.
Supporting Community
The FALLS Adventure, Inc. conducted many community service project events in partnership with Zion Hope Baptist Church and the Westgate Neighborhood Association such as Teen Trendsetters, adventure-based leadership training, academic enhancements, and character development. Our goal is to help at risk youth in the Westgate neighborhood to break the cycle of poverty, transcend cycles of limited opportunity and develop into morally grounded, academically accomplished leaders of tomorrow. We train Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers to become FITs (Facilitator's In Training) for the younger neighborhood kids.
